Refund policy

*We are not responsible for lost in transit or stolen packages. Once your package is with USPS, it is out of our hands. You will be given a tracking number and you will be able to see the same information we do. 

If anything is broken in transit, you can file a claim with USPS for up to 120 days. After that, the tracking number is erased and can no longer be verified.

Email us at sales@lorettaslaundryvintage.com for questions or for returns. If you are inquiring about a return, please type RETURN and your order number in the subject line. 

If you have a defective item upon receiving it, Returns/Exchanges must be done within 7 business days upon receiving your items. If you return an item outside of that window, it will be returned to you. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Items are only eligible for a return, if it is UNWORN, free of deodorant and makeup marks, odor, unwashed and same condition you received it. Tags MUST be attached.

If a return is needed, we offer refunds MINUS OUR SHIPPING COST.

Items are inspected once they are received. You will be notified by email when your item has been received also if it has been approved or rejected for your return.

 

EXCHANGES

We can not guarantee we will have your item in stock if you need to exchange. Reordering certain items may not be an option either. We do not place items on "hold".  Purchased items need to be returned to have replacement item claimed.  You will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Sale items are EXCLUDED.

Regular priced items can only be returned, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS!

Please read the items description before purchasing an item, you will find measurement and any flaws here.
Every item is sold as is! I do my best to clean every vintage piece and to give accurate descriptions if there are holes, stains or missing buttons. Some pieces are almost 100 years old, wear and tear is inevitable.
